When I phoned in advance to ask about the music and reservations for our group of 11, I was told "no reservations". When we arrived, the place was packed. One of us asked how long the wait was, and we were told "10 minutes". Startled, we asked for confirmation: "REALLY? Ten minutes for a group of 11?". This was confirmed. We checked periodically every 15 to 20 minutes, mentioning that it was Ok to seat us at separated tables, as we understood about the difficulty of seating large groups, growing hungrier and a little peeved that later arrivals were seated and served while we waited in the hot sun with no place to sit or rest our drinks. Then one of our group overheard the waitresses on a smoke break bitching about our group who "didn't even have reservations" and how dare we complain. Note that their website says NO reservations and I was told that on the phone, but the explanation for seating others before us was that they had reservations. After an hour and 45 minutes, there was no sign that any attempt had been made to seat even a part of our group. If they had been honest with us either about the reservations or the time wait, we would have no complaint, but these folks have horrible customer service and a credibility problem. Shame on them.

Great food. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We have abandoned ACC. Bad service and we always wonder if the cook EVER washes his hands. Saw him hauling talbes and chairs around last Sunday, then going to the grill and touching food. We're tired of making our own coffee and then serving ourselves. Waitresses are TERRIBLE. No Service. No Consideration. That works once in a while. Not for us any longer. Too bad. These folks had a chance to make something great here, and totally fucked it up.

Any more recommendations on churches? I would like a remote country church---doesn't have to be white. It can be anywhere in the texas hill country. I would love for it to have simple interiors, e.g., hardwood floors

Fabulous food - we've had the BLT, portabella mushroom, burgers (w/green chilies), goat cheese w/roasted garlic, home made chips, onion rings, pot roast, lasana, strawberry key lime pie - all ways hot and fresh! Icy cold beers, and fresh made ice tea and coffee! We love it, on the deck, inside, or the porch!
