Fredericksburg Texas in the Hill Country of Texas is a beautiful small town but with great medical care, good schools, easy access to San Antonio and Austin. We have a very nice community called Stone Ridge with phase 7 open now to build your dream home or buy a lot and wait for retirement to build. Several new homes and pre-owned are for sale, this community has large stone homes on large size lots, some with new designs builders have incorporated such as great rooms, large open outdoor living area with outdoor grills, granite counter tops and swimming pools. We also have a great active adult community in town called Heritage Hill Country. Started in 1998 with 182 homes with a clubhouse, pool, walking trails and has a gated access. Heritage Hill Country is sold out but has several pre-owned homes presently for sale. If someone would want wants some space and out of town our Cool Water Ranch rural community has it all. Easy access to town and just a few miles out of the city. Paved roads, good restrictions and great views. This community started last year and is half sold out, but has about 28 tracts still for sale. Our town has many newer communities starting on the edge of town with many new homes.
