Baby Boomers have a lot to say about the way a lot of things are done including trends, economy and different markets. Harley Davidson is thankful for the Baby Boomers. Baby Boomers have and will continue to make an impact on Real Estate in the Hill Country, Mason and Fredericksburg. Baby Boomers are buying ranches with 1031 exchanges for recreational use, keep for several years, enjoying the land and sell,realizing that the ranch was a great investment. Other real estate investments include German homesteads that are renoviated, Bed&Breakfast operations, small tracts and commercial real estate in the Hill Country, Mason and Fredericksburg taking advantage of the great tourist flow in Fredericksburg. The latest venture with Baby Boomers is their discovery of horses. Many acres of horse property have been bought in the Hill Country, Mason and Fredericksburg. Baby Boomers have developed a love for horses. Baby Boomers buy the real estate in the Hill Country to ride horses and to raise horses. Having young foals and raising them has been a new pleasure for Baby Boomers. Baby Boomers are raising race horses to sell or race themselves or performance horses. It is very thrilling to race your own baby. The Hill Country, Mason, Fredericksburg have the real estate, location, climate and support industry for successful horse farms and operations small or large.
