Baby Boomers have developed a love for horses. Baby Boomers buy the real estate in the Hill Country to ride horses and to raise horses. Having young foals and raising them has been a new pleasure for Baby Boomers. Baby Boomers are raising race horses to sell or race themselves or performance horses. It is very thrilling to race your own baby. The Hill Country, Mason, Fredericksburg have the real estate, location, climate and support industry for successful horse farms and operations small or large.
