Robert Surma

I have been a realtor for over 20 years working with clients to purchase the home of their dreams or to build the perfect dream home. My experience has been with several Real Estate firms in Fredericksburg, Texas, San Antonio, Texas and in Tucson, Arizona with the nation’s third largest new home builder – Lennar/US Home Corporation. After graduating from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX with a BBA in Sales/Marketing, I went on to complete graduate work at the University of Texas in San Antonio. Upon receiving my commission in the US Army , I served in the United States as well as in South Korea. After returning home, I successfully owned and operated the family retail bakery business with 16 employees for 23 years. I became a Realtor in 1994 and have received Real Estate designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I am currently a member of the Hill Country Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I spent 9 years selling homes for Lennar/US Home Corporation in the Active Adult Communities of Heritage Hill Country in Fredericksburg and Heritage Highlands in Tucson where I received many awards and recognitions for top sales and closings each quarter. Along with my wife of 45 years, we have successfully bought and sold many homes as well as redesigning and remodeling several homes. We have built custom homes with our own design input working alongside builders and contractors. With all this experience in home building, buying and selling, I feel qualified to help clients anyway I can with the purchase of a new home or with the selling of their existing home. Being a full time Realtor, I am ready and willing to go the extra mile to serve all your Real Estate needs.
